The results in the shop continue to be poor. The pharmacist tries to argue that nothing has changed and she is doing her best. The area manager visits again four weeks later and this time invites the pharmacist to a performance review meeting. This is now the area manager’s third visit to the pharmacy in two months. The area manager tells the pharmacist that he feels the pharmacist has behaviours that do not meet the company ethos and therefore gives the pharmacist a written warning.
